1. What we collect

When you use Parlo, we may collect the following:

  • Account information — email address and password when you create an account.
  • Listing content — photos, descriptions, and pricing information you submit.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, and how long you spend on the app.
  • Payment information — billing details are processed by our payment provider. Parlo never sees or stores your card number.
  • Device and browser data — standard web logs including IP address and browser type.

2. How we use it

  • To generate and display your listings.
  • To send transactional emails (account confirmation, Pro upgrade confirmation, payment alerts).
  • To improve the product — understanding which features are used and where people get stuck.
  • To process payments and manage your Pro subscription.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your listing content to train AI models beyond what's needed to generate your listing in the moment.

3. Public listings

Listings you mark as public are accessible to anyone with the link. Listings added to your storefront are indexed publicly at /s/your-user-id. You can make any listing private or remove it from your storefront at any time from your dashboard.

4. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your listings and personal data are removed within 30 days. Billing records may be retained independently per applicable legal obligations.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or ask any questions about how your data is handled. Email us at hello@parlo.pro and we'll respond within 5 business days.

6. Cookies

Parlo uses cookies to keep you logged in and for product analytics. We don't use advertising cookies or sell tracking data.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use Parlo after an update means you accept the revised policy.
