1. About Parlo

Parlo ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered listing generator that helps secondhand sellers create polished listings from photos. We operate at parlo.pro. By using Parlo you agree to these terms.

2. Using Parlo

You may use Parlo to create listings for items you own and intend to sell. You are responsible for the accuracy of the listing content, including photos, descriptions, and prices. Parlo generates suggested text — review it before publishing anywhere.

You must not use Parlo to list counterfeit, stolen, prohibited, or illegal items. You must not use Parlo to scrape, spam, or generate listings at scale for commercial reselling operations without our written permission.

3. Accounts and Pro Subscription

Free accounts may create up to 10 active listings with 90-day expiry. Pro accounts ($6.99/month) include unlimited listings, permanent links, AI price estimates, and a personal storefront. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your account settings.

Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos and descriptions you upload. By uploading content you grant Parlo a limited license to store, display, and process it to provide the service. We do not sell your photos or listings to third parties. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve the AI.

5. AI-Generated Content

Parlo uses AI to generate listing titles, descriptions, and price suggestions. These are suggestions only — we make no guarantees about accuracy, and you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before use. Price estimates are not appraisals.

6. Listing Links

Free listing links expire after 90 days unless renewed. Pro links are permanent while your subscription is active. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Parlo is provided "as is." We are not liable for transactions between buyers and sellers, for the accuracy of AI-generated content, or for any loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before any claim.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
