Refund Policy

Pro subscription
Parlo Pro is billed monthly at $4.99/month. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — no cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility
We offer a full refund if you contact us within 7 daysof your first charge and haven't made significant use of Pro features. After 7 days, refunds are issued at our discretion — we're a small team and we'll always try to do right by you.
Renewals (monthly charges after your first) are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong on our end — a bug, an outage, a charge you didn't expect — email us and we'll sort it out.
How to request a refund
Email hello@parlo.pro with the subject line "Refund request"and include the email address on your account. We'll respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Free tier
Parlo's free tier is free — there's nothing to refund. If you created an account and didn't upgrade, no charges were made.
